IBS means Inbetween Spaces.
IBS Systems is an open-source design system built to empower young professionals in the tech industry by providing a structured framework for product teams, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability in design and development. Created from a deep desire to give back to the design community that has supported me throughout my journey, IBS Systems serves as a resource for product designers, product managers, engineers, brand designers, UX researchers, and other key contributors in the product development lifecycle. Having navigated the challenges of building a tech career, I understand the pressure of delivering quality work while collaborating seamlessly and continuously learning. IBS Systems is my way of making that journey smoother for others by offering tools, resources, and a clear roadmap to create outstanding work faster.
This initiative grew out of the IBS Podcast, a space dedicated to supporting young adults as they navigate life, careers, and everything in between. Thanks to the growth of the podcast and the incredible audience that has rallied around our mission, we’ve been able to expand into something even bigger.
