Expanding functionality for business owners, Google Shop aim to allow users to post and sell their products in the app.

In this case study, I will be taking you through my journey in designing an application that solve the following goals :

• Encourages flexible payment option
• Shows daily statistics of shop activities.
• Provides a website for those that don’t already have.
• Insighting videos for business owners.

What was the Problem?

After the coronavirus pandemic, the world experienced changes across different sectors. This transformation has also affected business owners that have only physical shops. This “said” wave gave individuals new habit of shopping from home hence, increasing the percentage of online buyers...and of course sellers too.

Now the HOW question...

• How are am I going to stand out in this crowd?
• How I’m I going to keep track of my orders and sales?
• I want to receive payment with my preferred method.
• What if I don’t do well? I don’t even know how to design or code. How will I get my website up?

My Solution

So I carried out different types of research but paid more attention to questionnaire, interview, statistics from online and competitive analysis.
